Η διπλωματική εργασία ασχολείται με τη διαχείριση έργων πληροφορικής. Παρουσιάζονται στοιχεία σχετικά με τη δυσκολία της ορθής διαχείρισής τους και περιγράφονται οι διάφορες μεθοδολογίες διαχείρισής τους, οι οποίες χωρίζονται σε δύο βασικές κατηγορίες: τις παραδοσιακές και τις ευέλικτες. Έμφαση δίνεται στη μέθοδο scrum για την οποία αναπτύσσεται android λογισμικό. Τέλος, τονίζονται οι ιδιαιτερότητες των έργων πληροφορικής και εξάγονται χρήσιμα συμπεράσματα.
This thesis deals with the IT project management. It presents research data regarding to the problems of managing IT projects and it is described the various methods for managing them, which are divided into two main categories: the traditional and agile methods. Emphasis is given to the scrum method for which was developed android software. At the end are highlighted the particularities of IT projects and are extracted useful conclusions.
