    • Στόχος της συγκεκριμένης διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η περιγραφή των Διεθνών Προτύπων για Συστήματα Διαχείρισης καθώς και η ανάλυση της εξέλιξης των πιστοποιητικών των κυρίαρχων Πρoτύπων στην Ελλάδα και διεθνώς. Επιπλέον γίνεται πρόβλεψη, όπου υπάρχει διαθέσιμη ικανή ποσότητα δεδομένων, σχετικά με τη μελλοντική εξέλιξη των πιστοποιήσεων για τα Συστήματα Διαχείρισης. Πιο αναλυτικά η διπλωματική εργασία αναφέρεται στα ακόλουθα: Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι βασικές αρχές, ο ρόλος της τυποποίησης και οι σημαντικότεροι διεθνείς, περιφερειακοί και εθνικοί φορείς τυποποίησης καθώς και θέματα σχετικά με την πιστοποίηση. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, έπειτα από περιγραφή των Συστημάτων Διαχείρισης, επικεντρώνεται στα Διεθνή Πρότυπα για Συστήματα Διαχείρισης του Διεθνή Οργανισμού Τυποποίησης ISO και γίνεται μια εκτενή αναφορά σε κάθε ένα από αυτά. Αναφέρονται τα οφέλη της εφαρμογής Συστήματος Διαχείρισης σε έναν οργανισμό και η δυνατότητα εφαρμογής ενός ενοποιημένου Συστήματος Διαχείρισης δηλαδή η εφαρμογή 2 ή και περισσότερων Προτύπων σε ένα κοινό Σύστημα Διαχείρισης. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, εφόσον περιγραφεί ο τρόπος συλλογής δεδομένων από τη βιβλιογραφία, γίνεται περιγραφή της γεωγραφικής κατανομής της εφαρμογής των Διεθνών πρότυπων παγκόσμια, της αλληλεξάρτησης μεταξύ της οικονομικής ανάπτυξης των χωρών και του ρυθμού μεταβολής των πιστοποιήσεων Διεθνών Προτύπων, καθώς και η κατανομή τους σε σχέση με τους τομείς οικονομικής δραστηριότητας στους οποίους εφαρμόζονται. Αναλύοντας τα δεδομένα που αναφέρθηκαν, προκύπτουν συμπεράσματα για το πόσο επηρεάζεται και από ποιους παράγοντες η διάδοση των Διεθνών Προτύπων. Τέλος γίνεται αναφορά στα δεδομένα από την παγκόσμια βιβλιογραφία για το πως επωφελούνται ή όχι οι φορείς που εφαρμόζουν Πιστοποιήσεις σε Συστήματα Διαχείρισης. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο βάσει των δεδομένων που έχουν συγκεντρωθεί γίνονται προβλέψεις για μελλοντική κατανομή των πιστοποιητικών στην Ελλάδα αλλά και παγκόσμια.
    • The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe International Standards for Management Systems as well as to analyze the evolution of certificates in Greece and internationally. In addition, forecasts are made for the evolution of international standards management systems over time. More specifically, the diploma thesis refers to the following: The first chapter presents the basic principles, the role of standardization and the most important international, regional and national standardization bodies. The second chapter describes the Management Systems and the main International Standards for Management Systems of the International Organization for Standardization ISO. In addition, they are mentioned the benefits of implementing a Management System in an organization. The third chapter describes how to collect data from the bibliography, describes the geographical distribution of the application of International Standards, the interdependence between the economic development of the countries and the rate of change of the International Standards Certificates, as well as their distribution in relation to the sectors economic activity in which they are applied. By analyzing the data, we have described, we try to draw find the factors of the diffusion of International Standards. Finally, with data from the world literature, we are looking for the benefits of the use of Management Systems. The fourth chapter, based on the data collected, forecasts for future allocation of certificates are made in Greece and globally.
