Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διπλωματική εργασία αποτελεί εφαρμογή του ΚΑΝ.ΕΠΕ. και του ΕΛΟΤ ΕΝ 1998-3 για την αποτίμηση της σεισμικής συμπεριφοράς υφιστάμενου κτιρίου οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος. Σκοπός της είναι η διερεύνηση του βαθμού ασφαλείας της κατασκευής έναντι σεισμικών δράσεων. Για τις αναλύσεις χρησιμοποιήθηκε το πρόγραμμα SAP2000. Με βάση την καμπύλη ικανότητας που προέκυψε από την Pushover ανάλυση παρουσιάζεται μία πρόταση κατά την οποία η πρώτη αστοχία μέλους δεν συνεπάγεται συνολική αστοχία της κατασκευής.
This master thesis is an implementation of KAN.EPE. and ELOT EN 1998-3 for the evaluation of seismic performance of an existing reinforced concrete building. The aim is to investigate the degree of safety of the structure in seismic actions. For the analyses, the program SAP2000 is used. Based on the capacity curve obtained from the Pushover analysis, a proposal is presented that the failure of a member does not mean a total failure of the structure.
