Εισαγωγή: Η Εταιρική Βιωσιμότητα εκτός από τη σχέση της με τις κοινωνικές και
περιβαλλοντικές πλευρές της επιχειρησιακής δραστηριότητας, συνδέεται άμεσα και με την μακροπρόθεσμη δημιουργία αξίας και της ικανότητας επιβίωσης και κερδοφορίας της εταιρείας, κυρίως στο ταχέως εξελισσόμενο και απρόβλεπτο περιβάλλον της παγκόσμιας αγοράς. Η υιοθέτηση πρακτικών Λιτής Διοίκησης και η Ψηφιακή Κουλτούρα αποτελούν βασικές οδούς προς την Εταιρική Βιωσιμότητα, κυρίως επειδή συνδέονται με την καλλιέργεια κουλτούρας συνεχούς βελτίωσης και ενσωμάτωσης νέων τεχνολογιών με σκοπό την αύξηση της αποδοτικότητας και της επίτευξης των στόχων και εν τέλει, στην ικανοποίηση των ενδιαφερόμενων μερών. Συνεπώς, η αποτίμηση της αντίληψης (perception) των εργαζομένων γύρω από αυτά τα δύο σημαντικά εργαλεία, παρέχει σημαντική πληροφόρηση προς τη Διοίκηση, σχετικά με το βαθμό ενσωμάτωσης και αποδοχής από το προσωπικό και μπορεί να διαγνώσει ελλείψεις, απειλές αλλά και ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης των παραπάνω.

Σκοπός: Στην παρούσα μελέτη αποτιμάται η αντίληψη του προσωπικού μιας εταιρείας σχετικά με την ενσωμάτωση πρακτικών Λιτής Διοίκησης και Ψηφιακής Κουλτούρα και ελέγχονται στατιστικές υποθέσεις με σκοπό να εκτιμηθεί η επίδραση αυτών στην Εταιρική Βιωσιμότητα.
Μέθοδος: Η συλλογή των δεδομένων γίνεται μέσω ερωτηματολογίου το οποίο διαμοιράζεται στους εργαζόμενους όλων των βαθμίδων, ειδικοτήτων και θέσεων της εταιρείας. Για την απάντηση των ερωτήσεων χρησιμοποιείται η κλίμακα Likert. Το ερωτηματολόγιο ετοιμάστηκε μέσω της πλατφόρμας Google Forms και διαμοιράστηκε ηλεκτρονικά (μέσω ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας). Συνολικά, απαντήθηκαν 52 ερωτηματολόγια. Τα αποτελέσματα επεξεργάστηκαν στατιστικά, μέσω της μεθόδου της Διερευνητικής Ανάλυσης Παραγόντων (Exploratory Factor Analysis, EFA), στο λογισμικό SPSS.
Αποτελέσματα: Με τη χρήση των στατιστικών εργαλείων επιβεβαιώνεται ακολούθως, η
ορθότητα της αρχικής ομαδοποίησης των μεταβλητών στις κατηγορίες όπου ανήκουν.
Αποδεικνύεται ακολούθως, η συσχέτιση της συνεργατικής δράσης της Λιτής Διοίκησης και των Ψηφιακών Τεχνολογιών στην καλλιέργεια της Απόδοσης της Εταιρικής Βιωσιμότητας. Παρά τους διάφορους περιορισμούς, η μέθοδος αποδίδει ξεκάθαρα αποτελέσματα και επιβεβαιώνει το αρχικό μοντέλο της ερευνητικής υπόθεσης.

Introduction: Corporate Sustainability, though commonly related to the social and
environmental aspects of business, is directly linked to long-term value creation and the ability to survive and profitability, especially in the rapidly evolving and unpredictable global market environment. The adoption of Lean Management practices and Digital Culture are key
pathways to achieving Corporate Sustainability, mainly because they are linked to the
cultivation of a culture of continuous improvement and seamless integration of new
technologies in order to increase efficiency and the achievement of company goals and
eventually, stakeholder satisfaction. Therefore, the assessment of employee perception around these two important tools provides valuable information to the company management about the degree of integration and acceptance by the staff and is able to diagnose shortcomings, threats and opportunities for improvement of the above.
Purpose: This study assesses the perception of a company's staff regarding the integration of Lean Management and Digital Culture practices and tests statistical hypotheses in order to assess their impact on Corporate Sustainability.
Method: The data is collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees of all levels, specialties and positions in the company. Likert scale is used to answer the questions. The questionnaire was prepared through Google Forms platform and distributed electronically (via email). In total, 52 questionnaires were answered. Obtained results were statistically processed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), via the SPSS software.
Results: Using statistical tools, the grouping of the variables as included in the conceptual model, is confirmed. The correlation between the collaborative action of Lean Management and Digital Technologies in the cultivation of Corporate Sustainability Performance is 7 subsequently demonstrated. Despite various limitations, the method yields clear results and confirms the original research hypothesis model.
Conclusions: The presented tool is quite reliable in assessing corporate culture in the areas of Lean Management, Digital Technologies, Corporate Sustainability Performance and Intention to Use of Digital Technologies. Company's investment in cultivating lean practices and use of digital technologies has a uniform effect on all job positions, ages and time of employment. It improves performance and helps in building good collaboration, flexibility and efficiency in achieving goals. Perceived Corporate Sustainability is greatly enhanced as all the factors that play an important role in business operations are supported through lean and digital tools. The use of Technologies is prevalent across all demographic groups of the company and some of them, particularly prevalent in Production positions and in younger age groups.
