    • The Dissertation analyses the financial position and the external and internal environment of the Special Supply Center for Army Units during the years 2019-2021. The Special Supply Center for Army Units and its branches are special Army Units that are active both in the retail and the wholesale sector as they operate as supermarkets and department stores for entitled personnel and as wholesalers for Army Units. Every year’s Supply Center’s balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement are the most important source of information in order to apply the financial analysis. The financial analysis is carried out using the trend percentage method, the common size statements and ratios.
    • Στην διπλωματική εργασία αναλύεται η οικονομική θέση καθώς και το εξωτερικό και το εσωτερικό περιβάλλον του Ειδικού Κέντρου Εφοδιασμού Μονάδων Στρατού κατά τα έτη 2019-2021. Το Ειδικό Κέντρο Εφοδιασμού Μονάδων Στρατού και τα παραρτήματά του είναι μια ειδική Μονάδα Στρατού που δραστηριοποιείται τόσο στο λιανικό εμπόριο όσο και στο χονδρεμπόριο καθώς λειτουργεί όχι μόνο ως σούπερ μάρκετ και πολυκατάστημα για το δικαιούχο προσωπικό αλλά και ως χονδρέμπορος για Μονάδες Στρατού. Ο ισολογισμός, η κατάσταση λογαριασμού αποτελεσμάτων και η κατάσταση ταμειακών ροών κάθε έτους του Κέντρου Εφοδιασμού είναι η πιο σημαντική πηγή πληροφοριών για την εφαρμογή της χρηματοοικονομικής ανάλυσης. Η χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση πραγματοποιείται με τη μέθοδο της ποσοστιαίας τάσης, τις κοινές δηλώσεις μεγέθους και τους αριθμοδείκτες.
