Employees in international organizations are a distinct category of workers, often called upon to work under different conditions in different environments and countries and to achieve the global goals set by the organization.
The work will contribute to the literature, satisfying a clear need for a detailed study that will hauls from the international literature recognizable elements of the soft aspects of the Total Quality Management and examine whether and to what extent they affect the satisfaction of employees and their commitment to the organization, in International Organizations, using appropriate statistical methods. An appropriate model will be designed for the implementation of the thesis and a questionnaire will be structured in such a way that the questions adequately cover the above-mentioned soft aspects of TQM as well as their contribution to employee satisfaction and commitment to the organization.

This paper’s objective is to discover any possible relationships among soft skills of TQM and job satisfaction. In light of this, a survey was carried, including a sample of 104 employees in the UN in Cairo, Egypt. The sample was collected via convenience sampling and the respondents were to respond to an electronic questionnaire which was distributed via an email. Majority of respondents were women age 25-45 years old, which were holding a bachelor degree. The survey results and hypothesis testing showed that there is a significant positive relationships among soft skills of TQM and job satisfaction. The results were narrowed by the small sample and the unwillingness of employees to participate in the survey.
