    • Ο κατασκευαστικός κλάδος αποτελεί αναμφίβολα μια από τις μεγαλύτερες βιομηχανίες τόσο στη χώρα μας όσο και παγκοσμίως. Με την εξέλιξη της τεχνολογίας και την άνοδο του βιοτικού επιπέδου, αυξάνεται η πολυπλοκότητα των έργων αλλά και το μέγεθος τους. Για το λόγο αυτό, η σωστή διαχείριση, σχεδιασμός και προγραμματισμός των έργων κρίνεται αναγκαίος προκειμένου να αποφευχθούν απώλειες. Στην παρούσα Διπλωματική εργασία επιχειρείται, μέσω της επιλεχθείσας μελέτης περίπτωσης, να αναδειχθεί η κρισιμότητα και σπουδαιότητα του αναλυτικού χρονικού προγραμματισμού προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί η επιτυχής ολοκλήρωση του έργου. Κατ΄ αρχάς, στα πλαίσια της εργασίας, γίνεται επισκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας σχετικά με τη διαχείριση και τον προγραμματισμό των έργων. Στην συνέχεια, δημιουργήθηκαν δυο (2) χρονοδιαγράμματα του έργου μελέτης περίπτωσης, ένα στην πρώιμη φάση κατασκευής και ένα προς το τέλος του έργου, αναλύθηκαν οι επιμέρους φάσεις εργασιών και δημιουργήθηκαν οι σχέσεις αλληλουχίας των δραστηριοτήτων. Η δημιουργία των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων έγινε με τη βοήθεια του λογισμικού προγράμματος Ms Project. Έπειτα, έγινε σύγκριση των δυο χρονοδιαγραμμάτων με στόχο να καταδειχθούν οι λόγοι που οδήγησαν στην καθυστέρηση του έργου σε σχέση με την Συμβατική του διάρκεια. Η εργασία επικεντρώνεται στις παραλείψεις και αστοχίες που μπορούν να συμβούν κατά τη διαδικασία δημιουργίας του χρονικού προγραμματισμού του έργου. Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται οι ανακριβείς εκτιμήσεις στη διάρκεια των επιμέρους εργασιών, η λανθασμένη δομική ανάλυση και οι μη διαθέσιμοι πόροι. Επίσης, δημιουργήθηκε ένα ερωτηματολόγιο, που απαντήθηκε από εργαζόμενους στο έργο, σχετικά με τις αιτίες που προκάλεσαν την χρονική υστέρηση του έργου. Αναζητήθηκαν παρόμοιες έρευνες και παρουσιάστηκαν τα αποτελέσματα με ταυτόχρονη σύγκριση των ερευνών μεταξύ τους . Τέλος, παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα της εργασίας και προτάσεις για περαιτέρω έρευνα όπως είναι η αξιοποίηση του μοντέλου BIM.
    • The construction industry is without a doubt one of the biggest industries in our country as well as worldwide. Due to the development of technology and the raising of the quality of life, the complexity and the size of the projects are increasing. For this reason, the right management, planning and scheduling of the projects are considered crucial in order to avoid losses. In the present dissertation it is attempted, through the selected case study, to highlight the gravity and the importance of the extensive time planning which aims to accomplish the successful completion of the project. Firstly, throughout the dissertation there is an overview of the bibliography related to the management and programming of the projects. Next, two (2) schedules of the case study were made, one in the early stage of construction and the other towards the end of the project, the individual phases of work were analyzed and the sequence relations of activities were created. The time schedules were made with the aid of the Ms Project program. Then, a comparison between the two time schedules was made with the aim to demonstrate the reasons which caused the delay of the project in relation to its contractual duration. The dissertation focuses on the omissions and the failures that may occur during the process of the project scheduling. For instance, the inaccurate estimates during the individual activities, the incorrect structural analysis and the unavailable resources are mentioned. Furthermore, a questionnaire answered by employees occupied on the project was created regarding the causes that led to the delay of the project. Similar surveys were searched and their results were presented while comparing the surveys at the same time. Finally, the conclusions of the dissertation and suggestions for further research are presented, such as the development of the BIM model.
