    • Η εμφάνιση και η έξαρση της πανδημίας στην χώρα μας, παρόλο που ήταν περιορισμένη σε σχέση με άλλες χώρες, πέραν των υγειονομικών, κοινωνικών και οικονομικών συνεπειών της, οι οποίες αναμφίβολα βρέθηκαν στο επίκεντρο της δημόσιας ζωής ιδιαίτερα κατά την πρώτη περίοδο της πανδημίας, ήγειρε σε μικρότερο βαθμό, ωστόσο, πολιτικούς, νομικούς και κυρίως συνταγματικούς προβληματισμούς. Οι προβληματισμοί αυτοί έγκεινται στην συνταγματική νομιμότητα της λήψης των περιοριστικών μέτρων, που επιβλήθηκαν για την αντιμετώπιση των συνεπειών της πανδημίας και τη θέση τους σε ένα δημοκρατικό και φιλελεύθερο κράτος δικαίου.​ Στην ουσία οι περιορισμοί οι οποίοι επιβλήθηκαν θίγουν σε δραστικό βαθμό την άσκηση σειράς θεμελιωδών δικαιωμάτων, όπως την ελευθερία της κίνησης, τη θρησκευτική ελευθερία ως ελευθερία της λατρείας, την ελευθερία στα δεδομένα προσωπικού χαρακτήρα, την ιδιοκτησία, την ελευθερία του συνέρχεσθαι, ιδιαίτερες εκφάνσεις της ελεύθερης ανάπτυξης της προσωπικότητας και συμμετοχής στην κοινωνική, οικονομική και πολιτική ζωή της χώρας, όπως για παράδειγμα η επαγγελματική ελευθερία, ή ως εκφάνσεις του γενικού δικαιώματος του πράττειν, στο πλαίσιο που δεν προστατεύονται από τα παραπάνω ειδικότερα θεμελιώδη δικαιώματα.​ ​Με την παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία σκιαγραφούνται οι συγκρούσεις των δικαιωμάτων που αναδύθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημίας
    • The emergence and outbreak of the pandemic in our country, although limited in comparison with other countries, apart from its health, social and economic consequences, which were undoubtedly at the centre of public life, especially during the first period of the pandemic, raised to a lesser extent, however, political, legal and mainly constitutional concerns. These concerns lie in the constitutional legitimacy of the restrictive measures imposed to deal with the consequences of the pandemic and their place in a democratic and liberal state governed by the rule of law. In essence, the restrictions imposed drastically affect the exercise of a number of fundamental rights, such as freedom of movement, freedom of religion as freedom of worship, freedom of personal data, freedom of property, freedom of assembly, particular manifestations of the free development of personality and participation in the social, economic and political life of the country, such as freedom of occupation, or as manifestations of the general right to freedom of action, in a context which does not provide for the right to freedom of movement, freedom of religion as freedom of worship, freedom to access personal data, freedom of property, freedom of assembly, particular manifestations of the free development of personality and participation in the social, economic and political life of the country, such as freedom of occupation, or as manifestations of the general right to freedom of action, in a context which does not provide for the right to freedom of movement.
