    • The current survey, through the sample examined, confirmed the general negative sentiment and opinion of the public about the Greek National Healthcare System (NHS). In addition, it confirmed the public’s positive attitude towards the alternative of the private healthcare system. Furthermore, this survey revealed interesting aspects of the way in which the public perceives its satisfaction and confidence. Apart from providing these findings, this survey also shed light on the differences between different groups of the population with regard to their expectations
