The purpose of this paper is to study and record working conditions and alternative forms of work in the pandemic period, with an emphasis on teleworking. More specifically, a comparative study of the banking sector was carried out in terms of alternative forms of work and in particular teleworking as well as a correlation of the individual elements that surround the working conditions.
The comparative report of the banking sector is one of the most representative options in the respective countries but also in Greece, where I was able to apply my research hypotheses and based on them to arrive at some data, aiming at assimilation and adaptability to the new labor data of the countries. The research hypotheses that were put forward from the beginning were finally confirmed, a) as to whether teleworking serves the statutory purposes and the fulfillment of labor purposes and that b) teleworking further emphasizes the image of work and the research pillar of the banking industry. In order to confirm the above reports, a continuous and thorough search was followed, creating these research hypotheses, based, now, on selected bibliographic reports on the profiles of the banks that have implemented telework. In the end, the data and information were summarized and processed, proving that the chosen topic of my dissertation is a topic for future research with a correlation of many variables.
