    • Η εργασιακή εξουθένωση είναι ένα διαχρονικό πρόβλημα του εκπαιδευτικού προσωπικού σε όλες τις βαθμίδες τις εκπαίδευσης. Επίσης τα τελευταία χρόνια το εκπαιδευτικό προσωπικό έχει να αντιμετωπίσει κοινωνικές, οικονομικές και πιο πρόσφατα υγειονομικές κρίσεις. Κάτω από αυτές τις συνθήκες το προσωπικό της δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης είναι αντιμέτωπο με εργασιακό άγχος, καθώς έρχεται αντιμέτωπο με δυσκολίες που έχουν να κάνουν με την γήρανση του δυναμικού, μειώσεις στις αποδοχές, αύξηση στις ώρες εργασίας και μαθητές από διαφορετικά οικονομικά, κοινωνικά και εθνικά υπόβαθρα. Επίσης, αυτή η εργασία έχει ως κύριο στοιχείο μελέτης το εργασιακό άγχος καθώς επίσης προσπαθεί να εξάγει συμπεράσματα για το επίπεδο του. Τέλος, προτείνονται διορθωτικές ενέργειες για την μετρίαση των αρνητικών επιπτώσεων που προκύπτουν από αυτό.
    • Professional burn-out has been a diachronic problem for the teaching staff in all educational levels. Furthermore, during the last years, teaching staff had to deal with social, financial, and most recently health crises. Under such circumstances, the staff of secondary level educational institutions experience working stress as they are facing many challenges relating to all the above, in addition to aging, income decrease, increase of working hours and students with different financial, social, and ethnic backgrounds. This dissertation is approaching teachers’ working stress and professional burn-out as a main study element and tries to draw a conclusion about the level of professional burn-out. Finally, depending on the outcome of the study, recommendations for the mitigation of negative consequences will be proposed.
