    • Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία εκπονήθηκε στα πλαίσια του Μεταπτυχιακού Προγράμματος σπουδών «Διασφάλιση Ποιότητας» της Σχολής Θετικών Επιστημών και Τεχνολογίας του Ελληνικού Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση της εφαρμογής ενός Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας σε εταιρεία απολυμάνσεων ικανοποιώντας ταυτόχρονα τις απαιτήσεις που θέτουν τα συστήματα της περιβαλλοντικής διαχείρισης και ασφάλειας και υγείας. Αρχικά παρουσιάζεται η δομή και το περιεχόμενο των προτύπων που αφορούν την ποιότητα (ISO 9001), την περιβαλλοντική προστασία (ISO 14001) και την ασφάλεια και υγιεινή στο χώρο εργασίας (OHSAS 18001), καθώς και τα οφέλη από την εφαρμογή τους. Ακολουθεί μια σύντομη περιγραφή των ενοποιημένων συστημάτων καθώς και των πλεονεκτημάτων που απορρέουν από την εφαρμογή τους. Επίσης αναφέρονται οι αντιστοιχίες των παραγράφων των τριών συστημάτων. Στη συνέχεια περιγράφεται η δομή και οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες της εταιρείας απολυμάνσεων και αναλύεται το εγχειρίδιο, που τηρεί η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία σε όλες τις διεργασίες της, το οποίο έχοντας ως κορμό το σύστημα διασφάλισης ποιότητας περιλαμβάνει και τις απαιτήσεις των άλλων δυο συστημάτων διαχείρισης (περιβάλλοντος και ασφάλειας/υγείας). Κατόπιν παρουσιάζονται οι τεκμηριωμένες διεργασίες και τα έντυπα που χρησιμοποιεί η εταιρεία. Τέλος, γίνεται αναφορά στα βασικά συμπεράσματα της εργασίας.
    • The current thesis has been written as part of the framework of the “Quality Assurance” postgraduate study program of the School of Science and Technology of the Greek Open University. The purpose of this thesis is to present how to successfully apply a Quality Control System on a pest control company, and at the same time fulfil the requirements set by Environmental Management, and Health and Safety systems. The essay begins with a content and structure presentation of standards related to Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental Protection (ISO 14001) and Health and Safety on working environments (OHSAS 18001), as well as a detailed explanation of the benefits gained while using them. Following next is a brief summary of integrated systems as well as the advantages gained by adapting them. The correspondences of the paragraphs of the three systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) are also being presented and explained in detail. Moreover, a detailed description on the structure and the supplied services of the pest control company is given, as well as an analysis of the manual followed by the company during all of its operations, a manual which is based on the Quality Assurance system, but at the same time includes and follows the requirements of the other two management systems (Environment and Health & Safety). Furthermore, all documented processes are being described, as well as the documents being used by the company. Finally, a report is given on the fundamental thesis conclusions.
