    • Το θέμα που επιλέχθηκε για διερεύνηση είναι μια επίκαιρη αναθεώρηση των γεγονότων που απασχολούν τη σημερινή κοινωνία από τη σκοπιά του πολιτιστικού ενδιαφέροντος στο νησί της Σάμου. Αναλύοντας τη πολιτιστική κρίση που επέφερε αρχικά η οικονομική ανομβρία των τελευταίων ετών σε συνδυασμό με τους μειωμένους για τα πολιτιστικοοικονομικά δρώμενα εθνικούς προϋπολογισμούς δημιουργούνται τα κατάλληλα συμπεράσματα που αφορούν τη πολιτιστική διάρθρωση της σύγχρονης εποχής. Εισάγοντας τις πτυχές των μεταναστευτικών ροών και της κοινωνικής και οικονομικής κρίσης που έχει δημιουργήσει η πρόσφατη πανδημία εξάγονται αποτελέσματα με κύριο στόχο την εμφάνιση της επιρροής τους στον πολιτισμό της Σάμου και γενικότερα τον Ελληνικό πολιτισμό, την παραγωγή νέων πολιτιστικών στοιχείων και την ανάδειξη της ποικιλομορφίας των πολιτιστικών επιτευγμάτων του ένδοξου ελληνικού παρελθόντος. Η συγκεκριμένη μελέτη αφορά την ανάλυση της πολιτιστικής κρίσης της σημερινής εποχής στη Σάμο από τη σκοπιά της οικονομίας και κοινωνίας σαν δύο πυλώνες που επηρεάζουν άμεσα και έμμεσα την εξέλιξη του πολιτιστικού τομέα σε όλες τις πτυχές του. Η ουσία είναι ότι πλέον δημιουργείτε ένα πολύπλοκο περιβάλλον που περιστοιχίζεται από δυσκολίες κυρίως οικονομικής και κοινωνικής φύσεως που δεν ευνοούν τη σωστή αντιμετώπιση όλων των σύγχρονων προκλήσεων του τόπου μας. Η εργασία πρωτοτυπεί αποσκοπώντας στην αναγνώριση όλων αυτών των προκλήσεων και στη δημιουργία ενός οικονομικό-τεχνικού πλαισίου στη περιοχή της Σάμου που θα μπορεί να αντιμετωπίσει στο μέγιστο βαθμό τις προκλήσεις με κύρια τοποθέτηση τη διάσωση του πολιτιστικού τομέα. Η περιοχή της Σάμου επιλέχθηκε μεγνώμονα τη σημασία που διακατέχει το μέρος αυτό στον ελληνικό πολιτισμό του παρελθόντος, αλλά και ως ένα νησί-αποδέκτης όλων των πτυχών των σύγχρονων κοινωνικό-πολιτιστικών και οικονομικών κρίσεων που έχει αντιμετωπίσει η ελληνική πραγματικότητα τα τελευταία χρόνια.
    • The specific topic chosen for further analysis is a timely review of events that concern today's society from the point of view of cultural interest. Αnalysing the cultural crisis initially caused by the economic drought of recent years, combined with the reduced for cultural activities national budgets, appropriate conclusions on the recent cultural structure are being drawn up. Introducing the aspects of migration flows and the social and economic crisis created by the recent pandemic situation worldwide, results highlighting the great influence of all social based incidents of our time, are being extracted, indicating the modern burdens of cultural evolution. The main point is that now a complex cultural environment have been created and surrounded by many kinds of difficulties, mainly of economic nature that do not favor the correct response of all the modern challenges of our locality. The task is to identify all these challenges and to create a framework in the area of Samos, which will be able to cope with all these difficulties without impairing the importance of the refugee culture and simultaneously maximize the importance of Greek culture without influences that alter its authenticity. This project can also adapt to the cultural crisis of the current era and the sudden socio-economic crisis that the Covid-19 pandemiccrisis has created in the country with economic tools that will add value to the country's modern cultural environment. The region of Samos has been selected in the light of the importance of this part in the Greek culture of the past, but also as an island-recipient of all aspects of the modern social-cultural and economic crises that Greece has faced in recent years. The first chapter of analysis provides a brief overview of the cultural activities of the island of Samos in the modern Greek cultural scene, spreading the pulse of cultural events over the last few years concerning either the emergence of new artistic creations or the sharing of the existing knowledge and value of historical intangible and tangible cultural achievements in the region. The importance of this delay is particularly interesting, since knowing the history of the island's cultural offer, we can draw particular conclusions on the changes caused by the events of recent years at national and local level. The second chapter of analysis, introduces the concept of the global economic crisis with the ultimate aim of exploring the effects of it on the cultural scene of the Samos. The data generated following the deep financial difficulty caused by global events of an economic nature had an impact on the national cultural supply and naturally influenced the island of Samos. The third chapter chronicles the economic and social crises in recent years by analysing the migration flows caused by the Syrian civil war on an island like Samos that is seen as a host of refugees from a wide range of Middle East and western Asian countries. The fourth chapter is analyzing the enormous influence of the uncontrollable pandemonic crisis of Covid-19 at global level, which has constantly created unbreakable obstacles to the efforts of cultural recovery of Samos. The purpose of this dissertation is to analyse the effects of an economic and social crisis on cultural activities. The impact of strong social difficulties on the proper exploitation and enhancement of cultural heritage is being studied and tools and strategies adapted to the current reality are set up, trying to make a way out of the effects of a crisis, supporting and enriching cultural events appropriately. The most appropriate ways of cultural funding and liquidity are sought in the difficult economic times that we are going through, citing a range of available tools and economic programmes to be exploited
