    • Η επιτυχία ενός πολιτιστικού οργανισμού εξαρτάται από μία συστηματική διαδικασία, σύμφωνα με την οποία καθορίζονται οι στόχοι και οι σκοποί, αναλύονται οι συνθήκες και προγραμματίζονται οι ενέργειες, οι οποίες συμβάλουν και ταυτόχρονα αποσκοπούν στην επίτευξη των στόχων. Στην παρούσα εργασία αποσαφηνίζεται ο όρος της διοίκησης και οι επιμέρους λειτουργίες της, καταδεικνύοντας τη χρησιμότητα της διοικητικής οργάνωσης και του οικονομικού προγραμματισμού στην επίτευξη των σκοπών και των στόχων ενός πολιτιστικού οργανισμού. Εν προκειμένω, προσεγγίζεται εννοιολογικά η διοικητική οργάνωση και ο οικονομικός προγραμματισμός, καθώς και η συμβολή τους στην επιτυχίας ενός οργανισμού. Ως μελέτη περίπτωσης χρησιμοποιείται το “Smithsonian Institution” που με την πολυετή εμπειρία του, την ικανή διοικητική και οικονομική διαχείριση και οργάνωση αποτελεί αντιπροσωπευτικό παράδειγμα εφαρμογής πρακτικών. Επιχειρείται, στην παρούσα, η διερεύνηση της συμβολής της διοικητικής οργάνωσης και του οικονομικού προγραμματισμού στην επίτευξη των σκοπών των πολιτιστικών οργανισμών. Ιδιαίτερα δε, εστιάζει στη μελέτη αυτών των διαδικασιών αναφορικά με την επίτευξη των στόχων του “Smithsonian Institution” ως παράδειγμα «καλής πρακτικής», καθώς και στην εξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων από τη θεωρητική προσέγγιση και την εμπειρική ανάλυση, αναφορικά με την εφαρμογή ορθών πρακτικών διοικητικής οργάνωσης και οικονομικού προγραμματισμού στους πολιτισμικούς οργανισμούς.
    • The success of a cultural organization depends on a systematic process, according to which the goals and objectives are defined, the conditions are analyzed and the actions are planned, in order to contribute to and at the same aspire to the aim pursued. In the present study defines the term “administration” and its individual functions by approaching and understanding the usefulness of administrative organization and financial planning in achieving the goals and objectives set by a cultural organization. Therefore, administrative organization and financial planning, are conceptually approached, as well as their contribution to the success of an organization. The “Smithsonian Institution” is used as case study through many years of experience, proper administrative and financial management and organization, demonstrates a representative example of practical application. Furthermore, this study attempts to explore the contribution of administrative organization and financial planning to the achievement of the goals of cultural organizations. In particular, it focuses on the study of these processes in relation to the achievement of the “Smithsonian Institution” as a paragon of “good practice”, along with drawing conclusions from the theoretical approach and empirical analysis regarding the application of good practices of administrative organization and financial planning in cultural organizations.
