    • Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία είχε στόχο να αποτυπώσει τη σημερινή κατάσταση των σχολικών εκδρομών, των σχολείων της δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης Αττικής. Να αναζητήσει τα κίνητρα των μαθητών και καθηγητών για τη συμμετοχή τους καθώς και τα προβλήματα που προκύπτουν κατά τη διάρκειά τους. Επίσης να γίνουν προτάσεις για την μεγαλύτερη επιτυχία τους. Η εμπειρική έρευνα άντλησε πρωτογενή δεδομένα για τα κίνητρα και τα οφέλη των μαθητών από τις εκδρομές τα προβλήματα που προκύπτουν από την οργάνωση και τη μετακίνηση. των σχολικών εκδρομών Η έρευνα απευθύνθηκε, σε καθηγητές και μαθητές των σχολείων της Αττικής. με δύο αντίστοιχα ερωτηματολόγια. Ταυτόχρονα έγινε έρευνα σε Τουριστικά Γραφεία που διατηρούν τμήμα σχολικών εκδρομών με συνεντεύξεις των στελεχών τους, ώστε να καταγραφούν και οι δικές τους απόψεις. Η έρευνα προτείνει δράσεις που έχουν να κάνουν με την καλύτερη οργάνωση και διεξαγωγή τους, για όσο το δυνατό μεγαλύτερο όφελος των τελικών αποδεκτών των τουριστικών υπηρεσιών, τους μαθητές. Οι δράσεις που προτείνονται είναι προς τα σχολεία, τις Περιφέρειες και τους Δήμους των προορισμών των σχολικών εκδρομών, τους τουριστικούς πράκτορες και τα Υπουργείο Παιδείας και Τουρισμού.
    • This MA dissertation is aimed at presenting the current state of school trips focusing especially on school trips made by secondary schools of Regional Directorate of Attica. This study explores the justifications, motivations and experiences of the stakeholders (students, parents, teachers and school leaders) behind trips and how learning is perceived and positional within these trips. Finally, this dissertation records the problems that arise during these trips and aims at making proposals that will be useful for future successful school trips. This Empirical research drew primary data on the incentives and benefits of the students who took part in these excursions and mainly focus on the problems arising from organising and taking part in these school trips. The study was mainly addressed to teachers and students of secondary schools ih Attica. All participants in the had to fill two questionnaires. At the same time, the empirical research was carried out at tourist offices involved with school trips and included interviews of Executives and staff who work in these tourist offices in order to record their own views and experiences. This dissertation concludes by making proposals which are aimed at schools, Regional Directorates, Municipalities of school trip destinations, tour operators and the Greek Ministries of Education and Tourism. The finding of this study have enhanced understandings of what rewarding school trip experiences look like and what should be done to improve future trips.
