Η συμβολή τους στην ανάδειξη της ποιότητας υπηρεσιών των μονάδων αυτών, καθώς και ο ρόλος του στη δημιουργία μοναδικών εμπειριών για το καταναλωτικό κοινό.
    • It is a fact that nowadays, hotel industry has been recognized as a world industry, targeting consumers and hotel owners from all around the globe. Spending time, using a large amount of hotel facilities when available, has been adjusted in many peoples lifestyle. In that regard, one of the most important challenges for the hospitality industry, is the fast growth of competition, which results in three elements; the growing selection of different type of hotels for the visitors, improved value for money facilities, and last, the improved level of services (Osman 2009). According to references, for obtaining competitive handicap, two management strategies dominate. Low cost leadership, and client devotion growth. The low cost innovation, develops through the lower price offers, while the client devotion through the exclusive advantage options offered. However, even though all type of hotels exist world wide, clients seem to prefer luxury hotels. The role of these hotels has dominated the industry. According to previous reports, the success of luxury hotels, is affected by the management and marketing strategy applied by each of them. Taking into consideration the perspective of these strategies, and the devotion of the clients in the industry, this dissertation focuses on how these could uplift the development of the devotion of the clients in luxury hotels in Athens.
