    • Σκοπός της παρούσας διατριβής είναι η διερεύνηση της έννοιας της ικανοποίησης από την εργασία από διοικητικούς τραπεζικούς υπαλλήλους. Άλλοι στόχοι αυτής της εργασίας είναι να διερευνήσει ποια εργασιακά κίνητρα μπορούν να επηρεάσουν περισσότερο αυτή την ικανοποίηση από την εργασία, ποια κίνητρα υπάρχουν στον σημερινό χώρο εργασίας και εάν αυτά τα κίνητρα μπορούν να προσφέρουν ικανοποίηση στους εργαζόμενους.
    • The aim of the present thesis is to investigate the idea of job satisfaction at administrative bank employees. Other purposes of this thesis are to investigate which job incentives can affect mostly this job satisfaction, which incentives exist in the today workplace and if these incentives can offer satisfy to employees.
