    • This study is going to investigate how employee behavior and performance is affected by the behavior of managers. Also it will examine the differences, if any, between the public and private sectors concerning the responses of employees in different managerial styles. Public and private sectors differ tremendously in many levels and it should be interesting to see through this study if employees in the public sector respond differently than employees in the private sector to the various managerial styles. Furthermore, there is going to be an analysis on many factors that could potentially be affecting employee response to managers, such as age, sex, marital status, educational level, financial status, etc. Finally, there is going to be an effort to examine the possibility on how managers can improve employee performance and again if there is a difference between the public and private sector.
