    • Η Διεύθυνση Τεχνικών Έργων της Τράπεζας Πειραιώς σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα έπρεπε: να συνεχίσει να εξυπηρετεί τους εσωτερικούς της πελάτες, να εκτελέσει αναρίθμητα μικρά και μεγάλα Έργα για την ενοποίηση του οργανισμού και ταυτόχρονα να υλοποιήσει την ενοποίησή της με τις αντίστοιχες μονάδες των εταιριών που ενοποιήθηκαν. Σε αυτήν την εργασία παρακολουθούμε τις επιλογές της Διεύθυνσης Τεχνικών Έργων κατά τη διάρκεια της Διαχείρισης του συγκεκριμένου Έργου σε σχέση με τις εμπειρίες της από προηγούμενα αντίστοιχα έργα. Ταυτόχρονα θα εξετάσουμε τη σχετική θεωρία και τον τρόπο που εφαρμόστηκε σε σχέση με το συνδυασμό της Διαχείρισης Έργων με τη Διαχείριση Αλλαγών.
    • The Piraeus Bank’s Technical Projects Division during this short period of time kept servicing its internal customers, prepared and executed innumerable projects of various sizes for the merging program and at the same time completed its unification with the relevant units of the merged banks. At this paper we will examine the steps and the choices made by the Technical Projects Division’s management regarding this project and in relation to its experiences from previous relevant projects. We will also look into the relevant theory and the used practices of the combination of Project Management with Change Management.
