In this dissertation has been carried out an investigation about the viability of concession projects in Greece and more specific in motorway projects. Data traffic is presented covering the concession period 2008 to 2016 and a thorough analysis is performed, with the use of simple regression model.
Public Private Partnerships are considered as an efficient method of implementing public infrastructure projects. The present dissertation examines the investment framework of Public Private Partnership in general and presents the way that Public Private Partnership contracts are applied in Greece. In order to evaluate the viability of projects that are carried out under concession agreements in Greece, a statistical analysis of the traffic data throughout the concession period is presented and a traffic volume forecast is carried out in order to be drawn important conclusions.
Οι Συμπράξεις Δημόσιου και Ιδιωτικού Τομέα θεωρούνται αποτελεσματική μέθοδος υλοποίησης δημόσιων έργων υποδομής Η παρούσα εργασία εξετάζει το επενδυτικό πλαίσιο της σύμπραξης Δημοσίου – Ιδιωτικού τομέα γενικά και παρουσιάζει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο εφαρμόζονται οι συμβάσεις Σύμπραξης Δημοσίου – Ιδιωτικού Τομέα στην Ελλάδα. Προκειμένου να αξιολογηθεί η βιωσιμότητα των έργων που εκτελούνται στο πλαίσιο συμβάσεων παραχώρησης στην Ελλάδα, παρουσιάζεται στατιστική ανάλυση των δεδομένων διέλευσης καθ 'όλη τη διάρκεια της περιόδου παραχώρησης και πραγματοποιείται πρόβλεψη για τον όγκο της κυκλοφορίας προκειμένου να εξαχθούν σημαντικά συμπεράσματα.
