    • Η παρούσα εργασία ερευνά την εργασιακή ικανοποίηση μέρους τραπεζοϋπαλλήλων Ελληνικών τραπεζών σχετικά με το Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό και την Ηγεσία όπως το βιώνουν στον επαγγελματικό τους χώρο. Παράλληλα αναφέρεται στους ορισμούς και θεωρητικές προσεγγίσεις των εννοιών του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, της ηγεσίας και της εργασιακής ικανοποίησης και στα συμπεράσματα που αποκομίσθηκαν από την έρευνα.
    • This paper explores the work satisfaction of bank employees of Greek banks regarding Human Resources and Leadership as they experience it in their professional space. At the same time it refers to the definitions and theoretical approaches of the concepts of Human Resources, leadership and job satisfaction and the conclusions drawn from the research.
