Η παρούσα μελέτη έχει ως στόχο να αναλύσει την οικονομική κρίση στις περιφέρειες της Ευρωζώνης με έμφαση στην Πορτογαλία. Ειδικότερα, επικεντρώνεται σε μια χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση του κατασκευαστικού κλάδου της Πορτογαλίας με την χρήση αριθμοδεικτών. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο, πραγματοποιείται ιστορική ανασκόπηση στις σημαντικότερες οικονομικές κρίσης που συνέβησαν στον πλανήτη. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, γίνεται αναλυτική παρουσίαση της οικονομίας της Πορτογαλίας, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στα τελευταία χρόνια που αντιμετώπισε την οικονομική κρίση. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, παρουσιάζεται ο κλάδος των κατασκευών στην Πορτογαλία και οι σημαντικές μεταβολές που υπέστη με την έλευση της οικονομικής κρίσης στην χώρα. Παράλληλα, γίνεται και σύντομη αναφορά στις εταιρίες που θα μελετηθούν σε επόμενο κεφάλαιο. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η συνολική ερευνητική διαδικασία και τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας. Τέλος, εξάγονται και αναλύονται σημαντικά συμπεράσματα, με σημαντικότερο ότι οι υπό μελέτη επιχειρήσεις έχουν επηρεαστεί αρνητικά από την οικονομική κρίση στην Πορτογαλία, με την Mota Engil να είναι η εταιρία που επηρεάστηκε σε μικρότερο βαθμό.
This study aims to analyses the economic crisis in the Euro zone with emphasis on Portugal. In particular, it is an economic survey in the construction sector in Portugal using the basic financial ratios. In the first chapter, a historical overview is presented regarding the most important financial crises that occurred in the world. The second chapter is a detailed presentation of the Portuguese economy, with particular emphasis in recent years that she has experienced economic crisis. The third chapter presents the construction industry in Portugal and significant changes caused by the advent of the economic crisis in the country. At the same time, there is a brief reference to the companies that will be studied in the next chapter. The fourth chapter presents the overall research process and research results. Finally, analyzed important conclusions of which the most important is that the studied companies have been affected negative by the economic crisis in Portugal, while Mota Engil is affected to a lesser degree.
