    • Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας ήταν να διερευνηθεί κατά πόσο η επιβολή των capital controls οδήγησε στην αύξηση του αριθμού των συνδρομητών e-banking, σε ποιο βαθμό η επιβολή των capital controls αύξησε τη χρήση του e-banking, σε ποιο βαθμό οι πελάτες αισθάνονται ασφαλείς με τη χρήση της υπηρεσίας e-banking και ποια είναι η αίσθηση των πελατών για το e-banking της Εθνικής Τράπεζας. Το κυριότερο συμπέρασμα που εξήχθη από τη βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση, αλλά και από την ανασκόπηση των διαθέσιμων ερευνών επί του θέματος, τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και σε άλλες χώρες ανά τον κόσμο, η επιβολή των capital controls, αλλά και η ύφεση στην οικονομία, καθώς και η κρίση στον τραπεζικό τομέα, επηρέασαν, μεταξύ των άλλων, το βαθμό της χρήσης της υπηρεσίας internet banking των τραπεζών. Μέσα από το ερευνητικό εγχείρημα της παρούσας εργασίας, κατέστη σαφές ότι τα capital controls αύξησαν τη χρήση του e-banking, ενώ επίσης μπορούμε να πούμε ότι τα capital controls αναδείχτηκαν, σύμφωνα πάντα με τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνάς μας, ως ένας καθοριστικός παράγοντας αύξησης της χρήσης των υπηρεσιών internet banking της Εθνικής Τράπεζας.
    • The purpose of this paper was to investigate whether the imposition of capital controls has led to an increase in the number of e-banking subscribers, the extent to which capital controls have increased the use of e-banking, to what extent customers feel safe with use of the e-banking service and what is the sense of customers for e-Banking of the National Bank. The main conclusion drawn from the bibliographic review, as well as the review of the available research on the subject, both in Greece and other countries around the world, the imposition of capital controls and the recession on the economy as well as the crisis in the banking sector influenced among other things the degree of use of the bank's internet banking service. Through the research project of this paper, it became clear that capital controls increased the use of e-banking, and we can also say that capital controls were, according to the results of our research, emerged as a determinant of growth of the use of National Bank Internet banking services.
