    • Στην παρούσα εργασία παρουσιάζεται και αναλύεται εκτενώς ο θεσμός της τιτλοποίησης απαιτήσεων, όπως έχει εφαρμοσθεί τόσο στο Ελληνικό, όσο και στο διεθνές χρηματοπιστωτικό περιβάλλον. Ειδικότερα, γίνεται η οριοθέτηση της έννοιας και περιγράφεται αναλυτικά η τεχνική μέσω της οποία δημιουργείται η τιτλοποίηση απαιτήσεων από τα πιστωτικά ιδρύματα, επισημαίνοντας τα οφέλη που προσφέρει, αλλά και οι κίνδυνοι και τα προβλήματα που την συνοδεύουν. Η έννοια της τιτλοποίησης απαιτήσεων στην παρούσα εργασία προσεγγίζεται θεωρητικά για τις τέσσερεις συστημικές τράπεζες που λειτουργούν στο ελληνικό χρηματοπιστωτικό σύστημα, δηλαδή την Εθνική Τράπεζα, την Alpha Bank, την Τράπεζα Πειραιώς και την Eurobank, όπου εξετάζεται εκτενώς η εφαρμογή της διαδικασία τιτλοποίησης των απαιτήσεων στο πλαίσιο της ευρύτερης πολιτικής διαχείρισης των μη εξυπηρετούμενων δανείων. Αντιστοίχως, εξετάζονται και αντιπροσωπευτικά παραδείγματα τιτλοποιήσεων απαιτήσεων που έχουν διενεργηθεί στις διεθνείς χρηματοπιστωτικές αγορές.
    • In the present work, the institution of securitization of receivables is presented and analyzed extensively, as it has been applied in both the Greek and the international financial environment. In particular, the concept is demarcated and the technique through which the securitization of receivables by credit institutions is created is described in detail, pointing out the benefits it offers, but also the risks and problems that accompany it. The concept of securitization of receivables in the present work is theoretically approached for the four systemic banks operating in the Greek financial system, namely the National Bank, Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank and Eurobank, which extensively examines the implementation of the securitization process in the context of of the broader management policy of non-performing loans. Accordingly, representative examples of securitization of receivables carried out in international financial markets are examined.
