    • Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως αντικείμενο την διοίκηση ανθρωπίνου δυναμικού μικρών και μεσαίων επιχειρήσεων σε θέματα προγραμματισμού, προσέλκυσης , επιλογής, εκπαίδευσης και αξιολόγησης υποψηφίων - εργαζομένων. Μέσα από την εργασία μας - έρευνά μας θα αναφέρουμε τα κριτήρια με τα οποία πραγματοποιούν την πρόσληψη οι εργοδότες - ιδιοκτήτες των μικρών και μεσαίων επιχειρήσεων στο νησί της Σκοπέλου. Καθώς και με πιο τρόπο επιτυγχάνεται η τουριστική δραστηριότητα η οποία αποτελεί πυλώνα της ελληνικής οικονομίας.
    • Over the years, the rapid changes have decisive consequences for the management of human resources. Businesses have an initial goal of efficiency and productivity. Their next goal is quality and competitiveness. The main factor to achieve this is the employees ,the human resources. With the right management of human resources the results will be profitable for each company. The key is to use all the factors of production correctly so that the result is positive. When all the human resources of a company work properly and an organized way then success is certain. In our work, then, we will refer to the main functions of the human resources management system and specifically to small and medium enterprises that support the entrepreneurship of Greece and specifically to a tourist destination such as the island of Skopelos by researching various reliable scientific articles and use of questionnaires related to the small and medium sector. It is worth noting that tourism is one of the most important industries in our country. Through the tourism factor, jobs are created, influencing the work structures significantly in terms of the economy , development and growth of the regions of the country and the economy of our entire country, increasing the gross national product in the tourism sector annually.
