    • Τα πολιτιστικά κέντρα, ως φορείς πολιτισμού, εκπαίδευσης και ψυχαγωγίας διαδραματίζουν σπουδαίο ρόλο στην ανάπτυξη της τοπικής κοινωνίας και την βελτίωση των συνθηκών διαβίωσης των πολιτών. Στη παρούσα εργασία, μελετήθηκε η συμβολή των πολιτιστικών κέντρων στην τοπική κοινωνία, παρουσιάστηκε η φυσιογνωμία και η παρούσα κατάσταση που επικρατεί στον Δήμο Φυλής, ενώ διερευνήθηκαν οι απόψεις του τοπικού κοινωνικού συνόλου για την εικόνα του δήμου και για την προοπτική δημιουργίας ενός Πολιτιστικού Κέντρου με απώτερο σκοπό την ενίσχυση της προσπάθειας rebranding του Δήμου Φυλής. Για την ανάπτυξη της εργασίας, επιλέχθηκε ο συνδυασμός δύο μεθοδολογικών εργαλείων. Αφενός, η δειγματοληπτική έρευνα κοινού, με την μέθοδο του ερωτηματολογίου και αφετέρου, η διεξαγωγή τριών συνεντεύξεων με δομημένη μορφή με τρεις συνεντευξιαζόμενους σε καίριες θέσεις και με γνώσεις που άπτονται των θεμάτων της εργασίας αυτής. Από τα ευρήματα της έρευνας αποκομίσαμε σημαντικές πληροφορίες που μας βοήθησαν να εξάγουμε χρήσιμα συμπεράσματα για την ανάλυση του ερευνητικού ερωτήματος της εν λόγω εργασίας ενώ συνέβαλαν καθοριστικά στην ανάπτυξη ενδεικτικών προτάσεων για την δημιουργία του προτεινόμενου Πολιτιστικού Κέντρου στον Δήμο Φυλής και την συμβολή του στην δημιουργία νέας επωνυμίας για την πόλη της Φυλής.
    • Cultural centers, as institutions of culture, education and entertainment, play an important role in the development of the local community and the development of the living conditions of the citizens. In the present thesis, we studied the contribution of cultural centers to the local community, we presented the physiognomy and the current situation prevailing in the municipality of Fyli, while we examined the assessments of the local community on the image of their municipality and the perspective of creating a Cultural Center in order to support the rebranding effort of the municipality of Fyli. For the development of this thesis, we chose the combination of two methodological tools. The sample survey with the method of questionnaire and the conduct of three interviews in a structured form with three interviewees in key positions and with knowledge related to the topics of this work. From the findings of the research, we obtained important information that helped us to draw useful conclusions for the analysis of the research question of this thesis, while contributing decisively to the development of indicative proposals for the creation of the proposed Cultural Center in the municipality of Fyli and its contribution to the creation of a new brandname for the city of Fyli.
