Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η καταγραφή και μελέτη των επιπτώσεων καθώς και η διαχείριση των αέριων αποβλήτων των πυρηνελαιουργείων στο Νομό Μεσσηνίας. Παράλληλα γίνεται αναφορά στην διαδικασία παραγωγής του ελαιόλαδου και την περαιτέρω επεξεργασία του παραπροϊόντος στα πυρηνελαιουργεία. Συγκεκριμένα, γίνεται αναφορά στην διαδικασία λειτουργίας των εν λόγω μονάδων και τις διαδικασίες εξέλιξης των εγκαταστάσεων και θα διερευνηθεί το ενδεχόμενο ελαχιστοποίησης των εκπομπώναερίων με εφαρμογή συγκεκριμένων πρακτικών προκειμένου να διασφαλιστεί η ασφαλής διαχείριση των μονάδων.
The aim of the project is the recording and study of the impacts as well as the management of the gaseous wastes of the olive-pomace mills in the prefecture of Messinia. At the same time reference is made to the production process of olive oil and the further processing of the product in the olive oil mills. In particular, reference is made to the operation process of these units and to the procedures for the development of installations and the possibility of minimising of by applying specific practices in order to ensure the safe management of the units.
