|Title:||Tourism in Greece, Rhodes. Satisfaction and Repeat visitors|
|Abstract:||The purpose of this paper is to analyze and examine the tourism product and its impact on the economy as a whole. The research in this work focuses on the satisfaction of tourist customers and the assurance of loyal and repetitive customers as it is necessary for the viability of a business and the development of an economy. After the general examination of what satisfies the customers and what ensures their loyalty, through references from the international literature, the work is specialized in the case of Rhodes. There is a detailed analysis of the island's strategic plan in relation to tourism marketing and the attempt to create recurring customers, which results in a primary survey using a properly structured questionnaire, through which customers themselves, repeating or not, evaluate and describe their stay on the island, what motivates them to come back and what prevents them, thus enabling us to draw useful conclusions and propose appropriate solutions towards this direction.|
