|Abstract:||The aim of this research is to investigate the perceptions of the students enrolled in the TESOL M.Ed. of the Hellenic Open University as regards the written feedback they receive for their assignments. The research was conducted for the purposes of my dissertation for the above program and entailed five interviews with experienced students attending the TESOL M.Ed. A qualitative method was thus preferred since it was aimed to gather more in-depth opinions and data on such a complex issue. The interviews revolved around four research questions, namely what effective feedback is for these students, what strengths and challenges they identify as regards the written feedback in their program and finally, what changes or amendments they possibly suggest.|
