Indicatively, they have presented, as their basic needs, the desire for attending a further education programme which ensures the elimination of all space-time limitations while attending it, the teachers' discharge from their duties, the organisation of their further education by bodies experienced in organising such as Regional Further Education Centres, Ministry of National Education and Retigion and have their further prestige. Through their suggestions they emphasized their further education needs innew subjects which concern the School Libraries contribution to the elimination of social inequalities at school and managing social and cultural differences classroom. What has been found from the present research is that the expansion of the institution of the School Libraries in all the Secondary Education Schools and their incorporation into the school curriculum as a significant prerequisite for upgrading further education in the sector of School Libraries, because, as it has been proved, their contribution to the fullest application of the curriculum and the support of the teachers' educational needs has been limited so far.The results of the survey could contribute to the improvement of further education planning and organising of systematic and versatile further education programmes in thesector of School Libraries, so that they meet the needs of the contemporary teacher.
